Leagues guide

Create private leagues, invite friends, track standings, and compete all season.

01What is a league?

A league is a private, ongoing competition between a group of players. Unlike one-off challenges, leagues run over multiple rounds with cumulative standings.

Leagues are perfect for:

  • Friend groups who want a season-long rivalry
  • Office competitions
  • University classrooms
  • Fantasy stock clubs

02Creating a league

To create a league:

  1. 1Go to Home > Create league or Leagues > New
  2. 2Name your league and write a description
  3. 3Choose the duration: single event, monthly, quarterly, or full season
  4. 4Set the membership fee (can be free) and season prize fund percentage
  5. 5Configure optional features: head-to-head matchups, teams, point system
  6. 6Publish and share the invite code with your group

03Standings and matchups

League standings are based on cumulative points earned across all rounds:

  • Rank-based scoring — 1st place gets the most points, descending from there
  • Percentile scoring — points based on your percentile finish
  • Head-to-head — optional weekly matchups where you're paired against another member

The league dashboard shows the full standings table, recent results, and upcoming matchups.

04Season prize fund

A percentage of each round's entry fees goes into the season prize fund. At the end of the season, the top finishers in the overall standings split this fund.

This means consistent performance across the entire season is rewarded, not just one lucky round.
