Account and wallet

Your wallet has three balances:

• Available — funds you can use to enter paid challenges
• Reserved — funds locked in active challenge entries (returned if you don't place)
• Winnings — prize money earned from challenges

All balances are visible on the Wallet page. You can deposit to your available balance or withdraw from your winnings balance.

To add funds:

1. 1Go to Wallet > Deposit
2. 2Enter the amount
3. 3Complete payment via your linked payment method

Deposits are credited instantly. Minimum deposit is $5.

To withdraw winnings:

1. 1Go to Wallet > Withdraw
2. 2Enter the amount (up to your winnings balance)
3. 3Confirm the withdrawal

First-time withdrawals require KYC verification (see below). Processing takes 1-3 business days.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is a one-time identity verification required before your first withdrawal. You'll need to:

1. 1Provide your legal name and date of birth
2. 2Upload a government-issued photo ID
3. 3Wait for verification (typically under 24 hours)

This is required by financial regulations. Your information is encrypted and stored securely. You can check your verification status in Settings > KYC.

From the Settings page you can:

• Update your display name, bio, and avatar
• Manage notification preferences
• View your KYC verification status
• Sign out or delete your account

Your profile is visible to other players and shows your stats, achievements, and recent performance.
