Agreement
By creating an account or using StockPrince ("we," "us," "StockPrince"), you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any contest-specific rules shown before you enter a challenge. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Contest rules summary
- Fantasy contest. StockPrince is a skill-based fantasy stock trading platform. No real securities are bought or sold. Virtual portfolios are scored using live market data. Entry fees and prizes may involve real money where allowed by law.
- Eligibility. You must be 18 years of age or older and located in an eligible US state or Canadian province to participate in paid contests, where we operate. Free challenges may be offered to eligible users subject to these terms and regional availability.
- Skill game. Outcomes depend predominantly on skill (stock selection, allocation, and timing relative to the same data available to all participants). StockPrince is structured as a contest of skill and is not gambling under applicable US law for eligible formats and jurisdictions.
Geographic restrictions
We may restrict access based on location and applicable law. As of this version, paid contest availability excludes certain US states and varies by Canadian province. We do not offer real-money paid entry where prohibited. A non-exhaustive list of US jurisdictions where we do not operate paid contests includes:
Arizona, Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, Tennessee, and Washington.
Additional states with operator-licensing requirements (Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York) are not available at launch. We are pursuing licensure or partner arrangements in those states for a later release.

Prizes, wallets & taxes
- Prizes are credited to your verified in-app wallet after results are finalized.
- Identity verification (KYC) is required for withdrawals and may be required for certain high-value contests.
- We may issue tax forms (e.g. IRS 1099-MISC) where required for annual prizes over applicable thresholds (e.g. $600).
AML & large deposits
Deposits of $10,000 or more in a single transaction (or as otherwise defined in our policies) may trigger additional review under our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures.
Prohibited conduct
The following may result in suspension, forfeiture of prizes, and permanent ban:
- Operating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage (multi-accounting)
- Collusion with other players
- Use of automated trading tools, bots, or other means to circumvent fair, human-driven play
- Fraud, chargeback abuse, or misrepresentation of identity or location
Contest rules & integrity
Each challenge specifies its stock universe, entry fee (if any), prize structure, duration, and timing. Rules are fixed at contest start and are not changed retroactively in a way that harms fair expectations. We use consistent pricing sources and maintain audit logs to support fair scoring and dispute review where applicable.
Payments & fees
- Funds you add are held in your user wallet subject to our payment processor relationships and these terms.
- Payouts are processed after validation, including identity checks where required.
- Applicable fees (platform, processing) are disclosed before you confirm a deposit or paid entry where required by law and our product design.
Responsible play
Where available, you may set deposit limits or self-exclusion options in your account settings. We encourage skill-based, honest competition and clear messaging. See our Responsible Play page for tools and resources, or contact support@stockprince.com.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated as required by law (e.g. in-app notice or email). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires otherwise.
