We monitor for:

• Suspicious transactions and unusual funding patterns
• Unusual contest activity that may indicate collusion or manipulation
• Multiple accounts and linked identities used to evade limits

We may freeze accounts, require additional verification, or report activity to authorities when required by law.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification may be required for:

• Withdrawals and certain cash-out flows
• High-value contests or thresholds we announce in-product

Verification may include government ID and address verification through our identity provider.

We restrict or adjust access based on applicable law and our rollout. Paid contest availability may exclude certain regions.

US examples of restricted jurisdictions for paid entry may include Washington, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, and Hawaii. Canadian availability is managed by province and may change.

Your declared region and network signals must align with our eligibility rules; see the Terms of Service for details.

We work to ensure:

• Fair scoring according to published rules per challenge
• Consistent pricing sources for portfolio valuation
• Audit logs and records to support investigations where appropriate

• Funds you add are associated with your user wallet.
• Payouts are processed after validation (including identity checks where required).
• Fees are disclosed upfront before you confirm deposits or paid entries when we present them in the product.
